Allergies.
The materials may come in contact with a cat. I do have common household dust. If you have any specific allergies please inform me material wise!

Age restriction.
I do not accept commissions from ages below 18 to prevent credit card stealing and stealing money from parents/guardians. A Parent or guardian is required to agree to the commissioning in behalf of the customer.

ID or other age verification may be required before the first payment. Refusal will result in cancellation.

If a minor lies to be over 18, your commission will be deleted and refunded to  the amount not used in the work. If the suit has already been in the making, it will be sold off, and the money not needed for the materials will be refunded.

Payment methods.
Payments payments worldwide via PayPal and Bank transfers in Finland. All transactions are processed in euros (€), other currencies will be converted to euros.  Please use online currency conversion.

Down payment and fees.
A Down Payment of 30%  is required to reserve your spot. Final shipping cost is calculated upon completion.
I do not ship out products until i have 100% of the payments in.
I do not begin making your suit until i have received 30% of your total. If I have not heard from the client in 2 weeks after getting a slot or a failed payment, the commission will be called off. Once 50% of the work is completed, alterations to the original design provided by you will not be made. I understand that different clients have varying financial situations, so I'm open to discussing flexible payment plans tailored to your needs. Location and shipping.
I am located in Finland, Please consider shipping cost accordingly. Check that your country can be shipped to.
Shipping cost is added to the total of your commission. When shipping i will keep you updated. We are not responsible for any damage your suit might have received in the mail. If the package is broken, contact your service provider

Refunds.
I don't return your down payment of 30% or other payments if you decide that you don't want to order anymore if i have already started to make your commission work.
In this case the costume will be altered to a differend character and sold off.
If your suit is only 50% done i return the money that was not required to pay for the materials. 50% is when the fabrication starts.
Be in contact with me about any problems regarding payments as soon as possible. 
Do NOT request a refund from PayPal, if something seems to have gone wrong.  We will sort it out together. If done anyway, you will be blacklisted and a beware may be done.

Deadlines and completion times.
I do not accept deadlines, but if you want to have your suit ready before an upcoming event you'd like to attend, let me know. I aim to finish a work in 3-4 months from starting date of the commission. However can't guarantee that time period varying from the complexity of the commission.

Communication.
Communication is through e-mail or other decided method. 
I give my focus to the client, who i am currently working with. Meaning, when your commission is up, i'll keep well in contact with you about updates on your order. You can always send me any questions and i will send you updates when progress is made. Good communication is the key. If there is something worrying you. Let me know.

Fur colors.
Please keep in mind, that faux fur colors are quite limited. i'll try to find the correct colors for your order, but if not found i'll contact you about other possibilities. I check if i can get a hold of your characters color before accepting your commission.

Consept art
I need a reference sheet or clear concept art with front,side and back pictures before we can start your commission work. Stolen/copied designs will be refused. If you are missing a fursuit-friedly reff. I have some linearts for sale in Etsy.

I hold the right to drop a commission if any harassment is received.
I hold the right to decline commissions.
